WHAT IS THE DAVID INITIATIVE?

What is the contest win a music ministry makeover?

The David Initiative's first project is a national competition to equip Catholic parish and campus music ministers with the mentorship and resources they need to set up and/or enhance music discipleship programs at their parish/campus.

How do you enter the competition?

Fill out our application form and send us a live performance video of your parish music ministry playing a song you would play at mass.

Maximum length of video: 5 minutes

How do you win?

Winner and finalists will be determined on the basis of merit (judge selection) and popularity (votes and likes).

Am I eligible to enter?

Eligibility Requirements:
All participants must be current and Catholic parish or campus music ministers in the United States (volunteer or employed).
